Apple Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved

2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered

300 ml (10 fl oz) non-fat yogurt

2 tbsp sugar (optional)

400 ml (15 fl oz) organic soy milk

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and purée for 1 minute.
