Turmeric, Coconut & Sweet Spice Smoothie

1 cup coconut milk

Half cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks

1 banana

1 tbsp. coconut oil

Half tsp. turmeric

Half tsp. cinnamon

Half tsp. ginger

1 tsp. ground flax or chia seeds

Blend until smooth
